We have assigned a full-time manager under our compliance department to oversee sustainability issues. We seek to keep abreast of knowledge, technologies, and processes that indelibly mark this topic.

Mavuno Organics predominantly works with contracted individual farmers who grow avocados in their legal lands. Our recruitment of farmers is guided by our observation of environmental stewardship and the farmer’s commitment to good agricultural practices.
People:
Our Socio-economic Impact
At Mavuno, our workers and growers are essential to our extended family. They are the engine that keeps us moving forward, and their health and well-being are our ultimate priority. We recognise their vital role in our socio-economic impact and consider them as part of our extended family.
