The Living Wage (LW) ensures supply chain workers earn enough to cover their needs and maintain a fair standard of living. The LW differs from region to region, reflecting each unique location’s cost of living. Because of this, the LW frequently sees workers earn even more than the legislated minimum wages of many countries worldwide. The LW is a harmonious fit with our values here at Mavuno.
