As producers of fine fruit harvest, we work harmoniously with nature and her seasons. This means our seasonal workers are the bedrock of our business. Our ability to grow our workforce to meet Mother Nature’s needs is pivotal to our success, and we’re thrilled to offer several opportunities for those who seek seasonal work in the packhouse and on the field.

There are myriad reasons to join the Mavuno family for a great season’s work. One of the most compelling is our dedication to a fair living wage. We proudly undertake the Living Wage project with our buyers, Eosta BV Netherlands. We pay our packhouse workers a minimum of KES 300 daily, over and above the legal minimum wage.
Our dedication to our workers’ welfare doesn’t end there. We also provide meals during work hours to ensure our team stays nourished and replenished. We also supply our hardest-working casual staff with professional and educational support to help further them along their career pathways.

Internship Opportunities
We know the important roles industry plays in one’s area of academics by providing opportunities for practical experience and more in-depth and specialised knowledge. Mavuno is always eager and, from time to time, provides internship vacancies for students pursuing the following fields: agronomy, food technology, and other business-related courses.
We encourage interested students to apply at least two months before starting their internship
